Exciting things to do in and around Ponta Malongane

Scuba Diving

Mozambique diving is an excellent all year-round activity and a range of exciting and varied diving itineraries can be organized. Barracuda, manta rays, moray eels, sharks, schools of kingfish, giant lobsters and numerous species of reef fish are just some of the fish you will see on your dive. The whale shark, the largest fish in the world which can reach lengths of up to 14m and weigh up to 15 tons can be spotted between December and April! Reef depths vary from 10m to 40m with brilliant visibility and great photo opportunities.

Dolphin Safaries

It’s not just below the waves where the excitement lies – within the waves you are bound to encounter pods of dolphins so do not miss out on the opportunity to join one of the operators in Ponta Malongane or Ponta D’Ouro to swim with these awesome creatures.

Deep sea and surf fishing

Fishing charters can be arranged from either Ponta Malongane or Ponta D’Ouro so chat with us in-house to assist with contact and arrangements or bring your rod and try your luck from the shore.
